Organizational Relationship Disclosure

This statement is provided to ensure clarity and transparency regarding the relationship between Liberty Landing Housing & Support Foundation, Inc. and Liberty Landing Solutions LLC. While the two entities share a common name and mission-aligned purpose, they are legally and operationally distinct.

The Foundation is organized as a nonprofit public charity. It exists to provide charitable funding, resources, and supportive programs to veterans, seniors, and vulnerable individuals throughout Georgia. Donations made to the Foundation are used to further its charitable mission.

Liberty Landing Solutions LLC is a separate for-profit business entity that provides housing-related services independently through its own operations and, when appropriate, through properly documented agreements with other organizations. Any services it offers are conducted under its own governance and are independent of the Foundation's charitable operations.

Each organization maintains its own separate records, finances, and governance. Neither entity is responsible for the obligations, liabilities, or actions of the other. Contributions to the Foundation support its charitable programs and are not payments for services rendered by Liberty Landing Solutions LLC.
